Yarn Base Options - Worsted (Weight 4)
Both bases are the same weight and yardage—your choice comes down to feel, function, and how you like to make.
Option 1 — 100% Peruvian Highland Wool
- Non-superwash wool
- Soft with structure and excellent stitch definition
- Slightly more rustic, heirloom feel
- Best for color work, blankets, and projects where you want shape and durability
Option 2 — 100% Superwash Merino Wool
- Ultra-soft and smooth
- More drape with a slightly silkier feel
- Easy-care (machine washable on gentle, lay flat to dry recommended)
- Ideal for garments worn close to skin, baby items, and soft accessories
How to Order
When adding this bundle to your cart, please follow these steps:
1. Choose your skein size
Select either:
- 3 Full Skeins or
- 3 Half Skeins
2. Choose your yarn base
Select either:
- Superwash Merino Wool or
- Peruvian Highland Wool
3. Select your three colors
In the personalization/text box, type which 3 colorways you'd like in your bundle.
You may:
• Choose three different colorways
(Example: Take The Scenic Route, Just Breathe, Rosy Company)
• Double or triple the same colorway
(Example: “You Are Enough x2, Stay Awhile x1” OR “Sweet Surrender x3”)
4. That's it!
I’ll hand-dye your three skeins together as part of the same pre-order batch so they feel cohesive and intentional.

Hand-Dyed with Care
All Motherhook Fiber & Co. yarn is hand-dyed in small batches in the Pacific Northwest.
Because of this process, natural variation between skeins is expected and celebrated. No two skeins are exactly alike—that’s part of what makes handmade yarn special.
✨ For larger projects, we strongly recommend ordering enough yarn to complete your project in one purchase to ensure the best color consistency.

To keep your yarn and finished projects beautiful, please follow the care instructions for your selected base:
Peruvian Highland Wool (Non-Superwash)
- Hand wash gently in cool water
- Use a wool-safe detergent
- Do not wring or agitate (can cause felting)
- Lay flat to dry
- Do not machine wash or dry
Superwash Merino Wool
- Machine washable on gentle cycle (cold water recommended)
- Use a wool-safe detergent
- Avoid high agitation for best longevity
- Lay flat to dry (recommended to maintain shape)
- Do not tumble dry on high heat
