Thank you so much for supporting slow, small-batch yarn made with care. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

Processing Time

All yarns at Motherhook Fiber & Co. are hand-dyed in small batches.

  • Ready-to-Ship items: Orders typically ship within 1–5 business days.
  • Pre-Order items: Pre-orders will ship by the date listed in the product description. Shipping timelines for pre-orders may extend several weeks and are always clearly stated before purchase.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready unless otherwise noted.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-order spots are limited, and as skeins are completed and shipped, additional pre-order spots may open.

We currently ship to:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Motherhook Fiber & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note that shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as shipped, Motherhook Fiber & Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

That said—if something doesn’t feel right, please reach out. We’re always happy to help where we can.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Motherhook Fiber & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
