Worsted Weight (Weight 4)

Both bases share the same weight and yardage. The difference comes down to feel, texture, and how you'd like your finished project to behave.

100% Peruvian Highland Wool

• Non-superwash wool
• Beautiful stitch definition
• Soft with a touch of structure
• Perfect for blankets, colorwork, sweaters, and heirloom projects

100% Superwash Merino Wool

• Ultra-soft and smooth
• More drape with a silky feel
• Machine washable (gentle cycle; lay flat to dry recommended)
• Wonderful for garments, baby items, shawls, and accessories

Hand-Dyed with Care

Every skein from Motherhook Fiber & Co. is hand-dyed in small batches in the Pacific Northwest. Because each skein is individually dyed, slight variations in color are part of the handmade process and make every skein uniquely yours.

✨ For larger projects, I recommend purchasing all the yarn you'll need in a single order to ensure the best possible color consistency.
