These one-of-a-kind skeins are little stories that didn’t quite find a home in a larger collection—but they’re just as special. Each one was hand-dyed slowly and intentionally, with the same care I pour into every Motherhook Fiber & Co. yarn.
You may also see a few colorways marked with an asterisk (*). These are not OOAKs—they’re established Motherhook Fiber & Co. colorways from past collections that I currently have ready to ship. I’m including a small handful here as I clear out inventory and make room for new collections.

The Yarn
All skeins in this listing are hand-dyed in small batches in the Pacific Northwest on a Peruvian Highland Wool base. This yarn is Worsted (Weight 4).

Colorways
Each skein is completely unique. Some are experimental pours, some were near-misses for past collections, and some are simply joyful little accidents that turned out beautiful.
🌙 Pink Moon – 50g and 100g — Soft blush pink and dreamy mauve drift together with hints of peach, like a hazy evening sky glowing just after sunset.
💭 Daydream Believer – 50g and 100g — Soft blush pink melts into dusty mauve with tiny pops of warm coral, gold, and berry throughout. Dreamy, a little nostalgic, and just playful enough to feel like something pulled straight out of a very good daydream.
🫖 Blue China – 50g — Powdery blue with lilac-kissed variation, reminiscent of antique porcelain and sun-faded floral china.
🔥Bad at Love – 50g — Electric purple collides with hot pink, vivid red, and flashes of orange in a loud, unapologetic colorway made for questionable decisions and excellent stories.
🌿* Through the Garden Gates – 50g — A soft lichen green tonal with gentle shifts of sage and moss, inspired by wandering through an old garden gate into something quiet, overgrown, and a little bit magical.
🫖 * Tea & Tarts – 50g — Soft antique mauve blends into creamy champagne and pale blush, creating a delicate tonal colorway inspired by vintage tea rooms, tiny pastries, and slow afternoons spent lingering a little longer.
🌙 * Evening Stroll – 50g — A deeper lichen green tonal with soft sage variation, inspired by that quiet end-of-day light when the garden cools, the colors deepen, and everything feels a little slower.
